A plain explanation of what First Look Photo collects through this site and why.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, listing URL, and optionally your phone number, a message, and your preferred package or timing if you're requesting a photo session. If you join the Host Playbook list, we collect your email address.

Why we collect it

To respond to your photo review or booking request, to send you the free First Look Host Playbook if you requested it, and to send a small number of related follow-up emails. We do not use this information for anything else.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by Formspree. Email delivery and the Host Playbook follow-up emails are handled by Brevo. Both are third-party services we use to run this site; we do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

What we never ask for

This site never asks for passwords, login details, or payment information through any form. Session payments are arranged directly by email or invoice, never through a form on this website.

Your choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@firstlook-photo.com at any time to unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information.

First Look Photo is an independent photography service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo.
